FoodFx strives to achieve this through the following:

  • working closely with customers, staff and suppliers to clearly define the expectations and performance standards based on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and HACCP principles;
  • continuing to identify and develop operational techniques to achieve standards of operational excellence to deliver first time quality to customers;
  • maintaining a culture that continues to insist on the highest food safety standards, as well as compliance with relevant Acts and Regulations;
  • providing training and employment opportunities that ensure staff are appropriately developed, encouraged and rewarded through their participation in their workplace.

To supplement its commitment to operational excellence FoodFx has implemented the food safety and quality elements of the Safe Quality Food initiative (SQFI), a food safety & quality management system based on the HACCP principles defined by the Codex Alimentarius Commission.
